How did you get into cycling – After watching my Brother Chris finishing 3rd in the National GHS Final just behind Mark Cavendish. I thought that I would give it a go too.

What’s your biggest achievement that you are most proud of – Losing 3 and a half stone in weight.
What’s your most embarrassing moment – Falling off my bike when first using clipless pedals…
What do you do when not riding your bike – Work at Cyclelife Plymouth as a bicycle mechanic / sales assistant.
What’s your life’s ambition on the bike – Dominate time trials and road races in the UK.
Do you have a coach?? How do you plan your riding – My Dad, training is planned around my full time job. Currently training 12 hours per week.
Whose your cycling hero and why – Fabian Cancellara for his performances in the 2008 Olympics.
Your favourite holiday location – Majorca
